The house has been formatted into a clustered organisation of zones, which radiate out from the main vertical movement line.
Expansive glazing, and introduction of balconies on the first floor harbour face, creates a strong connection with the surrounding landscape and harbour.
The layout and introduction of shoji sliding screens, allows for spaces to be closed off to create intimate spaces, or left open creating spatial connectivity.
