khyber pass

The site is highly visible facing a busy junction which required a sleek architectural response to address the corner. The façade treatment allowed transparency through the building facilitating the engagement of the public with the building at street level. Office spaces above are differentiated with tinted glazing, offering added privacy and solar shading. The addition of staggered vertical fins gives relief to the elevations whilst reflecting the architecture of the surrounding environment.

The building has two entrances. One at street level and one at roof level where there is customer parking. Both have elegant treatments to entice the user into the building
The design called for an exposed industrial aesthetic when it came to base build services. Detailed coordination and selection of every item was considered and drawn by the architect with all elements exposed.
