Te Hononga Tangata Royal Oak Housing, Auckland for The Salvation Army
Te Hononga Tangata Royal Oak Housing is designed to create homes and a community for people with vulnerabilities in Auckland – a dignified place to flourish.
Three individual buildings are orientated to overlook a central pedestrian street opening onto courtyards, vegetable gardens, orchards and parks for residents enjoyment and recreation. A central communal room provides residents a place to gather at the heart of the development.
