Blair is a key member of the DGSE team with over 14 years’ experience in construction detailing, specification and documentation. His work involves mentoring junior technicians and peer-reviewing contract documentation prepared by others within the practice.

Blair’s role ensures that DGSE maintains high levels of design and documentation, as is evident over multiple successful and award-winning designs. His recent projects include multiple developments across Palmerston North for Kāinga Ora and the documentation of a new school campus for Manukura School, Palmerston North.
