Eiva’s diverse experience in the Residential, Multi-Residential and Commercial sectors in New Zealand has allowed her to develop her skills in many areas. Through working on a range of residential and commercial developments, Eiva continues to build her skills and knowledge in design processes, documentation, consenting, contract administration and site observation (Project Architect role).

With a background in building science, Eiva is passionate about sustainable, energy efficient and carbon neutral design and construction principles. Eiva advocates for multi-disciplinary and collaborative design that involves clients, consultants, and contractors with early involvement of all parties playing a crucial role in the project success. She focuses on effective communication and building positive relationships between all parties to ensure best project outcomes.
