Hayley joined DGSE in early 2022 with prior experience in Commercial projects across all phases of the design and delivery process. Subsequently, she has been involved in Medium Density and Multi-Unit Housing developments, being able to apply knowledge gained from her previous industry experiences.

An enthusiastic and skilled member of the Tauranga Studio, Hayley is becoming increasingly involved in the design and documentation of a range of projects, utilising her skills and knowledge to ensure projects are completed to a high standard. She has a passion for creating spaces to enhance people’s lives through architecture that is livable and inviting, and is developing a strong understanding of the intricacies of effectively designed housing in New Zealand.
