Henry has been at DGSE since 2017, having previously spent a year in Otago working on new residential projects. His experience is primarily in new build Housing, Mixed Use and Multi-Unit developments, with a range of other Commercial and Fit-out projects in between.

With extensive knowledge of New Zealand building requirements and expertise in computer building modelling, Henry works to produce and lead developed and detailed design documentation while gaining experience in assisting Project Architects with preliminary design work and contract observation.

Henry has worked on a number of projects including Takahe House and Cleary House (new build residential), OPNZ D Block (Office Fit-out and Renovation), The Paddington and High Street Quarter (mixed use townhouse developments), and Arlington Kāinga Ora (new build social housing development).
