James is an Architectural Technician and joined Designgroup Stapleton Elliott in 2022. His experience ranges from large to small residential commissions, including heritage refurbishment projects involving Villa’s, Bungalows and homes of an older age. James provides input into all design stages as well as resource consent and building consent projects located throughout the country.
