Jess has six years’ industry experience in a variety of commercial and residential projects across Aotearoa. From client engagement and project inception, Jess has seen projects through all design phases to completion and obtaining Code of Compliance through numerous Councils.

Jess’ extensive knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and relevant standards, shines through in her construction detailing, product and onsite knowledge. Working with clients, consultants and contractors, Jess ensures projects run smoothly and the best project outcome is achieved.

Being a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), Jess holds and maintains a Design 2 category license through the New Zealand LBP scheme and actively seeks to continue expanding her knowledge.
