Completing his studies in Otago, Matt began his professional career at a Dunedin-based architecture firm until 2011. Following this, he returned to his hometown of Queenstown, where he contributed to various projects at a local practice until 2024, before his current transition to DGSE.

Matt's expertise spans across a diverse range of high-spec residential, commercial, hospitality, tourism, and complex projects, from concept through to completion. Matt finds great satisfaction in his meticulous approach to detail and developing thermally efficient construction solutions. Beyond his professional endeavours, Matt finds joy in outdoor activities, where you will find him either on his bike, on the lake, or up the mountain.
