Nikki has been working for Designgroup Stapleton Elliott since achieving her Master of Architecture in 2016. She has undertaken residential homes, residential developments and multi-unit dwellings from design to on-site management. She has also been involved in larger scale apartment complexes for Kāinga Ora.

Nikki has developed an understanding of the NZGBC Homestar rating system and is a qualified Homestar Designer. She aims to raise awareness of this tool and work with clients on residential developments to ensure these meet high performance standards with minimal environmental impact.

Her skill sets equip her for tackling many different types of developments and her passion for her chosen profession is evident in her completed projects.
