Scott has over seven years’ experience in construction detailing, documentation, and contract observation across a wide range of project typologies, including Commercial, Education, Residential, and Industrial.

He leads the documentation of projects from concept to construction, working closely with Project Architects, Consultant teams and Contractors to produce digital technical design that is well detailed and coordinated. His comprehensive knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and eye for detail allow the intricacies of the design to be carried right through the project life cycle and ensure quality and accuracy are upheld to a high standard.

Among the recent projects Scott has led are a large Commercial Redevelopment in Hamilton and new 12-classroom block in Tauranga.
