Having worked in the architecture industry for 12 years, Simone is equipped with practical experience to elevate DGSE as a business. Intuitive to staff needs, Simone bolsters DGSE’s internal processes, while providing exemplary service to clients.

As Operations Manager, Simone works alongside the Business Support team to directly supporting the synergies of DGSE’s Senior Management team and nationwide Design Studios.

Recognised for her people-centric leadership and management skills, Simone orchestrates the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring systematic and effective fruition. Facilitating the external and internal functions of DGSE, with focus on HR, Communications, Staff CPD, and Pastoral Care services, Simone has a thorough understanding of DGSE’s culture, its people, and diverse backgrounds.
