Located on a prominent corner site in the heart of Wellington’s CBD, the Featherston Tower development will provide 11 levels of premium retail, office space, and residential offerings.

The scope of work includes a comprehensive seismic retrofit, employing a staged top-down methodology, while businesses remain operational. A full interior and exterior architectural refurbishment provides a variety of open-plan floorplates, with vistas over the CBD toward Wellington Harbour. A prominent new lobby extends from Waring Taylor Street with improved street front activation via a new canopy and ground floor glazing.
