Summerset Milldale

DGSE was appointed by Summerset to create a Master Plan for the Milldale development in Auckland. Milldale is located approximately 28kms north of Auckland’s CBD and 2.5kms west of the Silverdale shopping area. The brief required creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant community village which meets Summerset's high standard of life care. This design contains facilities that allow Summerset to deliver a continuum of care with in-home, rest home, and hospital level care provided.

A materials palette has been selected with attributes of quality, longevity, and contrast to celebrate the building form and break down larger masses into smaller ‘residential’ scaled parts. Resource Consent has been granted for this development and construction on site is due to commence shortly.
