Regent Park

The Regent Park development was a ‘new build’ project in the first stage of the WCC Housing Upgrade Project. The variety of housing types successfully integrates the site with the local neighbourhood, merging into the physical and social patterns of the community.

The design provides modern housing that is safe, secure, durable, healthy, affordable, and optimises density without compromising amenity.

Site layout, infrastructure, and built form have been carefully considered to respond and acknowledge the underlying landform, natural landscape, and existing built patterns providing a comprehensive social housing development that positively contributes to the local community.
